and composted over a 6 month period.
Windrows are irrigated to
optimise composting
Regularly turning the windrows
ensures an optimum supply of
moisture and oxygen. This allows
the composting and natural
pasteurization process to be completed.
The medium is now pasteurized
free of weeds and any
potentially harmful pathogens
and is screened to produce a
finely textured compost...
that is then bagged and
palletised for national
distribution....or loaded
for transport in bulk to
local farmers, growers
and an ever growing
export-market.
